Delivery Charges

Delivery charge is £5.95 for all orders under £50, and free over £50 to mainland UK and £24.95 offshore UK.


Delivery Times

We hold good stocks of plants in our purpose build glasshouses and committed to our fast and efficient dispatch program.  We aim to dispatch your goods next working day after order, on a next-day delivery service; orders will arrive within 2 days of purchasing with an additional 1 day for offshore addresses. However some items may take additional processing time depending on stock levels. Customers can get in touch with us via email on or telephone 0333 700 8888 to find out about specific products, or delivery details. Our courier will text or email you with more precise delivery times, from which you can leave specific instructions for the delivery driver.


Safe places

If you are sending your plants to a managed building, please check with your concierge that they can take perishable items before requesting this as your safe place. foli8 will not take responsibility for any orders once they have been accepted or delivered to the safe place.


Damages and Returns

We are so passionate about our plants and we hope you are too. All products on our website should be closely matched to as they appear on the website, however as plants are living organisms, there will be some variation in shape and size.

However, if you are for any reason dissatisfied with your plant, please contact us within 14 days of delivery via email -, with clear photographic evidence and explanation and we will do our best to help.

In case plants have been damaged during transport or delivery, we will require photographic evidence to be provided within 24 hours of the delivery. If sufficient evidence is given, we will provide a refund or replacement.

If plants perish within 14 days of delivery, we will send a replacement free of charge, providing sufficient photographic evidence is given, and you have been following our care instructions. If your plant shows signs of bad health after the 14 day period, feel free to contact us and our plant experts will do their best to advise you how to bring your plant back to full health.

In case you change your mind and would like to return any non-perishable item, it can be returned for a fixed fee within 7 days of original delivery, providing it is unused and in re-saleable condition. You can request a return via email.

However, due to the perishable nature of plants, we are unable to accept returns of them.
